When will Link be available?

Link will only be available when it is ready. Right now, the link code
is not working correctly and that's why it is not part of the emulator.
On 1.4.7, the Link menu was removed to stop the emails about it.

How can I play Kirby Tilt'n'Tumble?
-----------------------------------

This ROM will not work yet. You can try the following GameShark code to
work around some problems, but it will not work 100% for the game itself:

Kirby Hack - 010180A0

If you have information on how the hardware on this ROM works, I will
make the necessary changes to the emulator to support it. Otherwise, I will
have to find out myself when I have time.

How do I use GameGenie/GameShark?
---------------------------------

Just type the code you want with a description, click on the Add button
and the code is enabled. Some codes are only useful when the game is in
a specific part of its code. Also, only email me about GameGenie/GameShark
if you are 100% sure that it is NOT working.

How can I save the cheats?
--------------------------

The cheats will be saved with your save game from the File menu.

What are the emulator types?
----------------------------

- automatic - tries to put a SGB border if it is available. Some games
              don't work correctly (Test Drive Offroad) because they
              say they support SGB when they don't
- CGB       - support for CGB mode with no SGB features.
- SGB       - support for SGB mode with no CGB features.
- GB        - normal monochrome GB mode.

Pokemon Gold/Silver/Red/Blue/Yellow gives me only sound?

On version 1.4.6, there was a problem with the automatic mode which
caused this problem. You can play Pokemon on that version if you
switch the emulator type to CGB. This is working correctly in
version 1.4.7.

Can I translate VisualBoy to my language?

I cannot use the save game menu
-------------------------------

On version 1.4.6, there was a problem trying to use the save/load game
feature. You had to set the directory where you wanted to save before
trying to use it. This should be fixed in version 1.4.7.

My screen gets filtered in full-screen mode

I am still investigating this problem. Please let me know if you have any
information that can help me on this.

I get no sound with VisualBoy
-----------------------------

There are some configurations where VisualBoy produces no sound. I had
no time yet to find more information on what is happening. Please let
me know of problems like this.

VisualBoy crashed on my computer. What I do?
--------------------------------------------

Try to reproduce the crash with DrWatson (drwatson.exe) running. If you
reproduce it, DrWatson should trigger and generate a log file. Send me
the log file and tell me what you were doing when the crash happened.
